By accessing or using this website, you agree to the following terms. We kept it clear, honest, and free of corporate buzzwords—just how we believe public service should be.

We encourage you to share our content—your voice amplifies this movement. But please don’t alter our materials, use our logo without permission, or misrepresent the campaign's positions. We love creativity; we just ask for clarity and credit.

5. Intellectual Property

Everything on this site—text, images, videos, campaign slogans, graphics, etc.—belongs to Jessica for Columbia, unless otherwise noted. You’re welcome to share it for non-commercial use, but don’t reproduce or sell any part of it. Let’s build, not exploit.

This site is a place for real communication, real people, and real hope. Hate speech, harassment, spam, discrimination, or any abusive behavior is not tolerated. If you engage in this, you’ll be blocked and reported. No debates there. Kindness is a core value.

All donations made through this site comply with local, state, and federal election laws. Contributions are non-refundable unless a technical issue occurs.
